According to data compiled by Chinatungsten Online from the General Administration of Customs, from January to December 2025, China's exports of tungsten products (excluding cemented carbide tools and tungsten halogen lamps) totaled 15,300 tons, representing a year-on-year decrease of 20.71% compared to the same period in 2024; the export value reached RMB 5.510 billion, down 0.51% year-on-year.

From January to December 2025, China exported:
Tungstic acid: 260.56 tons, a year-on-year increase of 150.53%.
Sodium tungstate: 285.54 tons, a year-on-year increase of 847.05%.
Ammonium metatungstate: 2,625.12 tons, a year-on-year increase of 33.43%.
Unwrought tungsten, including bars & rods obtained simply by sintering: 2,111.72 tons, a year-on-year increase of 84.29%.
Tungsten wire: 386.16 tons, a year-on-year increase of 9.83%.
Tungsten trioxides: 1,176.56 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 63.12%.
Other tungsten oxides & hydroxides, nes: 677.77 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 46.86%.
Tungsten hexafluoride: 357.71 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 15.85%.
Ammonium paratungstate: 283.00 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 63.83%.
Carbides of tungsten: 2,059.79 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 50.33%.
Ferro-tungsten: 2,297.95 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 0.12%.
Tungsten powders: 1,528.10 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 11.01%.
Tungsten waste and scrap: 421.95 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 27.33%.
Bars & rods, exclude those obtained simply by sintering; profiles, plates, etc: 418.60 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 47.33%.
Additionally, from January to December 2025, China exported:
Knives and cutting blades, for machines or for mechanical appliances, of metal carbides, coated or plated: 1,583.14 tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.70%.
Other knives and cutting blades, for machines or for mechanical appliances, of metal carbides: 1,836.49 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 8.71%.
