CTIA GROUP’s tungsten carbide nozzle is a spray component made by mixing tungsten carbide powder with metal bonding phases through powder metallurgy process. Its shape is mostly cylindrical, conical, or stepped with flange, with a gray-black metallic luster on the surface, and internal through-holes of different diameters are opened as spray channels. This nozzle has high hardness and wear resistance, and also possesses certain hot hardness, thermal shock resistance, and corrosion resistance, which can cope with high-temperature, high-speed erosion, and corrosive media working conditions.
